“Phoned up to order a set of headphones and had no problems of understanding the salesperson, but she seems to not be unable to distinguish a three from an eight even though the two numbers are completely different sounds. I understand that I have a Geordie accent but it is unacceptable that I have to repeat myself numerous times. It got to a point where I was saying the numbers out in long hand such as six thousand three hundred and thirty one and she still repeats back a number 8. It got to a stage I was counting up from 1 to 10 and emphasising the number 3 loudly and she still repeated back 8. Not acceptable.”

We provided you with a still picture from CCTV of YOUR package in packing room showing you that the part was indeed inside the package when it was packed & sent to your 'friend' who then sent it onto you, I think you need to speak to your 'friend' again..........

“I walked into the show room to purchase a bundle of equipment for my wife's birthday. I had no idea what I should be buying and what little research I had done was not of much use. I was served, advised and entertained, for the best part of 2 hours by what turned out to be the head man himself - Nigel. I could not have asked for or received any better advice than that which I got, and he saved me several hundreds of pounds in the process. PS - My wife is absolutely delighted with her present - an XP Deus with a 9" X35 coil Thank you”
