“All good....thank you....but the company can note that the Post Office does not have a different pricing regime for "mainland UK"...in fact there is no such place as "mainland UK". The UK is the UK and postal charges are the same throughout the entirety of the UK.”

“I initially wanted to order online but the website was not working so I rang my order through and spoke to a lady and gentleman before ordering my machine to make sure I was getting the right machine with 5 modes. I paid over the phone and the machine arrived the next day as promised. The invoice was inside but the PINPOINTER which was free with the machine was missing. I emailed the sales team via the email I had got from them the day before. I didnt get a reply so I sent another email copy and paste to a different email address and got Luiza who apologised and said they would send a pinpointer special delivery ..which I got ..thank you.”
