“The service over the phone was excellent but sadly we still have not received the product. 2 lots have been sent out. I suggest you change your courier. That's a £10 loss to 2 parties”

“I spoke with 3 members of staff who were lovely to talk to; very polite and helpful; and who had as much enthusiasm as myself. I was talked through my options as to also purchasing a spade which made my decision very easy. The Apaex was explained in great detail and I felt that I understood the product before I even purchased it. (I had never even held a detector before).”
