“We ordered a metal detector and a pin pointer on a Sunday. Monday we got a phone call to say we would receive a refund that day for the pin pointer due to it being put into an offer. We were very grateful as they didn't have to do this due to us ordering it on the Sunday and the offer taking place the Monday. Refund came through within 10 minutes of the phone call and our items were with us by the Tuesday. We will 100% be using these guys again.”

“Whilst putting together the Evolution 360 scoop and stainless D-handle, the screw decided to sheer off whilst half in/out. Great support/advice from staff at Regtons who not only sent me a new screw but offered to do the removal and fitting for me. Now that is service!!”

“This has to be one of the best companies I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. I had fantastic advice on which machine would meet my needs best and even advised about which accessories I should waste my money on. No hard-sell whatsoever. The after-sales was even better. I had a Garrett Apex machine with a problem that was part of a small batch that had a manufacturing fault. I was sent a replacement that day with clear instructions to return the faulty machine at no further cost. It arrived the next day as promised to ensure I had a working machine ready to use before the weekend. Incredible service and a great machine. I really recommend using Regton for all your detector needs and you’ll always have a worry free experience. Thank you Regton, and especially to Nigel.”
