“Exceptional service and advice. I managed to melt my XP Deus HF Coil battery in the stem (don't ask how...). Regton took delivery of the coil and stem, worked to extract the destroyed battery, replaced, charged, tested, and returned to me in record time. I cannot fault the service. Highly recommended.”

“I've always bought my accessories and spares from Regtons. In fact I bought my very first detector, a Euroace complete kit from them when I joined the detecting fraternity after 48 years a m/c tool and maintenance engineer, retirement came in very handy for this time consuming hobby. I do have a but though,...... The delivery agent was Dpd I missed the delivery due to holiday traffic coming home so I went online paid an extra £4.99 to get it delivered on Saturday morning, and was looking forward to my parts to fit on my machine so I could get out there, am email said it would arrive on the Saturday, but the DPD delivery never arrived, or Sunday either, so I contacted the head office and spoke to a nice lady called Pamela, who apologised for non delivery and said Id get a full refund to get my money back and arrange a free delivery another time as we were away again on the following Monday to Friday, so I duly booked the free delivery for Saturday, and it never arrived, the email said it would ? A fresh email promised it for Sunday,...it never came....by this time it was beyond a joke, another email said it would arrive on Monday but we were going out so I arranged for it on Tuesday, but as things went pair shaped we didn't go out on Monday, so I thought I'd go to their depot with the ticket and some I.D. and went to collect it, on arriving at the depot I saw a gentleman who said he didn't have the authority to give me the parcel even with the delivery note and I.D. so still fuming returned home without a parcel. The parcel fortunately turned up on Tuesday. So in conclusion when I purchase my next spares etc from Regton, I will insist on using the GPO who I know I can trust to deliver my parts in good time. Regtons are a very good supplier and will always use them, pity about the DPD delivery service I won't use them again.”

“I've used Regtons for every single detecting item since starting out 8 years ago. I've introduced X3-detecting friends to Regton's to buy their XP Deus detectors and other gear. Regton's are a very friendly, knowledgeable and superbly stocked business and I would recommend them to any detectorist. I'm shortly going to purchase an XP Deus 2 and it will be Regton's I'll be going to in person for advice and to purchase.”
