“I cannot praise Regton highly enough be it their customer understanding through to technical expertise. My recent experience left me feeling I was in the hands of a company prepared to go the extra step to ensure both customer satisfaction and that they had the product best for them. The basis of these comments stem from my purchase of a XP Deus II Master that arrived the day after placing my order. At this point I would add that I am partially sighted and had not appreciated just how small the lettering was on the puck screen – a matter brought home when Marcus was talking me through the initial set up. As this was likely to be a problem in the field Marcus suggested I should consider returning my purchase for a refund. After consideration I did so and received the refund the day following receipt of my return. Some may have said “see how you get on with it” but Marcus recognised my problem and offered a solution and was in no way difficult about it, this I greatly appreciate and have no hesitation in saying this is the ‘go to place’ for detecting needs and customer satisfaction.”

“Brilliant. Regton went above and beyond to help me find what I needed (which was half of a Deus Lite Stem that XP do not sell separately) They split the arm rest part of the item from the middle stem and sold it to me separately. Will be using them for all future metal detecting purchases.”

“Absolutely useless. I paid for my item on Saturday with next day delivery so expecting it Tuesday. Didn’t arrive so I called up to see if there was a reason and I was met with some of the rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. He told me payment wa pending and there was nothing he could do. He then told he’s cancelling it and to ‘go elsewhere and buy it’ then pretty much put the phone down on me. Horrendous customer service. So I’ve gone back to LP Metal detecting who I usually use and they are 100% better. Amazing service always so helpful and delivery is free and next day service. IMHO avoid Regton go elsewhere.”
