“I’m normally fairly brutal with reviews but in this case there is nothing to be brutal with, ordered my main machine about 6 months ago. Got to me within two days, was neither impressive or unimpressive. Ordered a new coil cover late on afternoon and it arrived early the next morning. The machines and parts we always expect 1st class and treat that as a fairly ordinary situation. But beyond that I have had to have email advice. The advice has always been replied to minimum one day away but quite often less. Even when things could have been done to the cost of Regtons tills going bing, the advice sent me down there streets. I respect Regtons to give me straight and honest answers. Quick concise service. I have received above and beyond. Even when I haven’t agreed with a particular outcome, they were professional to a t. Regtons have been my go to place for everything expensive and expected to be of high quality. For everything else there’s other vendors. When I’m talking to newbies I always mention Regtons. I have nothing against the others whom probably have the same amount of time in the game. But for me honesty and integrity are the key.”

“I have ordered from Regton Ltd online for over ten years. They do really care about their customers, and will listen and help you on the telephone with any queries and will advise you about what item to purchase from them etc. And also not the most expensive ones either! Their deliveries of goods are also first class as well. I must also mention the lovely lady receptionist on the telephone who helped me last week, about an online address query. She has the patience of several saints!”

“I had an intermittent problem with my xp deus control box, sent it to Regton and Craig installed a new battery and then tested it over the following week or so before returning it. Great service. (I have reserved the 5th star because I haven't actually used the item since its repair.)”

“I brought a Deus 2 full set up 2 weeks ago it comes at the moment with the SW6 headphones. I liked using the SW5 with my original Deus (7 -year old and still going strong) As XP have not put the WSA II LG out yet I thought I would buy the FX03 lightweight headphones they seem as advertised with a volume control you will need the SW6 puck adapter to use these. For the money a good buy Rob Derbyshire”
