“Sent my WS5 headphones for repair, communication was excellent throughout. Nothing was too much bother for them, always polite and helpful. Sadly my headphones were beyond repair so they arranged for a replacement reconditioned headset at a reasonable price. They’re like brand new! Really happy - thanks Regtons - fully recommended 👍”

“Great company . Great service . Ordered a new coil which was delivered within 24 hrs. I also asked for some technical advice via messenger and was answered within minutes ( out of hours) . I have used Regtons before and will definitely use them again.”

“Before I purchased my Deus 2, I experienced a problem with my Deus 1, which I had not used for some years, the coil had gone out of sync with the controller. I rang Regton for assistance, almost immediately, without question, I was talked through the procedure to re-establish my coil. I said after this that as soon as I could afford it. I would purchase a Deus two from yourselves, this I have done.”

“Regtons are a company that have always provided quality service whether it's for sales or repair. The latest purchase unfortunately had a hiccup with the courier not delivering within their designated time. It was resolved and the courier put on a special van to ensure that the next day delivery was upheld. Completely out of the hands of Regtons, but thanks to the courier who endeavoured to meet their delivery target. Mistakes can and do happen, it's how they are dealt with that matters. So Regtons choice of courier proved invaluable.”
