“Just bought a Simplex detector including the Advantage accessory pack. The detector arrived very quickly but no accessory pack. I phoned Regton and the call was answered immediately by Andrew who was very helpful and said he would investigate and phone me back. He called back within 10 minutes and explained that the packages had been despatched separately. Sure enough the second package arrived next day. Used the equipment twice and so far everything working well and I'm very pleased with my purchase.”
