“Customer care at its finest. After I reluctantly had to cancel an order due to change in my circumstances, I contacted Regton to enquire whether I could cancel/postpone my order. Nigel and his team couldn’t do enough to help me, fully refunded and made to feel very welcome to order again in the future. If you find a Comparable detector elsewhere (even if it’s slightly cheaper) please contact Regton Ltd. It’s rare to find top level friendly customer service from businesses in the UK (there are a few around, but Regton top the list for me). My point is, if you want confidence in a back up service coupled with competitively priced detectors and kit...even if anything is slightly more expensive than you’ve seen elsewhere, please buy from Regton as you will be guaranteed to be looked after throughout the sales process and any post sales related questions about the equipment you buy. Many other UK companies could do with taking a leaf out of their book.”
