“Brilliant. Regton went above and beyond to help me find what I needed (which was half of a Deus Lite Stem that XP do not sell separately) They split the arm rest part of the item from the middle stem and sold it to me separately. Will be using them for all future metal detecting purchases.”

“Absolutely useless. I paid for my item on Saturday with next day delivery so expecting it Tuesday. Didn’t arrive so I called up to see if there was a reason and I was met with some of the rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. He told me payment wa pending and there was nothing he could do. He then told he’s cancelling it and to ‘go elsewhere and buy it’ then pretty much put the phone down on me. Horrendous customer service. So I’ve gone back to LP Metal detecting who I usually use and they are 100% better. Amazing service always so helpful and delivery is free and next day service. IMHO avoid Regton go elsewhere.”

“For the money its a really decent machine that got me into the world of detecting. It bounces about a bit with large iron but works well reasonably on mineralised soil and the target ID is actually pretty accurate. I am new to the hobby and can see myself upgrading to something more advanced in the future. But right now this is”

“XP recently contacted Regton about my remote stem mount. Once they had established I was using it correctly it was replaced in a very friendly and efficiently. The replacement arrived if not the next day then only the day after. 1st class service.”
