“A very helpful member of your staff spent the best part of 15 minutes helping me to get my XP Deus backphones to reconnect with the coil. All this was over the phone, he showed incredible patience when I had trouble connecting. Well done Regton, when I can afford it. I will certainly upgrade to a Deus 2 through yourselves. Steve Nash”

“Delivery was great as is the item. Only compliant is few fiddly bits like an ikea wardrobe that you have to figuout yourself. The handset lanyard needs rocket science degree. Still not worked out how to put@it on detector. Handset yes but not detector. The programs are complicated and not much explanation as to why you would use them imo. Serhas been good though and helped when they can”

“I have purchased metal detecting equipment from Regtoms for several years now and have always had superb service and any problems have always been quickly acknowledged and resolved. Having been laid off metal detecting for several years now I broke out my detecting equipment and discovered that rubber on-off cover on my ProPointer had perished and instantly ordered two replacements; one to fit and one to keep on standby. Upon arrival the two rubber on-of covers differed slightly; in that one had a slightly longer nipple inside and if fitted, it puts the ProPointer permanently in the on condition. The rubber of both items had a slightly tacky feel to them, as though in the early stages of possible perishing. I nipped and shortened the elongated nipple and will use both and see how durable they are but know Regtons will be swift provide support, should complain. Regtons are a superb company to deal with and I will return time and again. Stay safe, stay well, and know that Regtons Ltd are a firm that you can trust.”

“I have been ordering bits and pieces for my detectors over the years . And always had 100. % satisfaction on items ordered. Marcus I have spoken with a while back now concerning setting up a garret pin pointer his technical knowledge and no how , is above and beyond . On this occasion I ordered a new charging clip and lead for the Deus 1 ,and found the Quality of the dual USB lead a lot better made than the original one .”
