“You can always rely on Regton Ltd for a first class service, either for detecting information on the telephone, or for a next day delivery of ordered goods. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I've purchased goods from them for many years, and they won't fob you off with buying anything more expensive than you need either. A top notch reliable service. Thank You.”

“I recently had an issue with a finds bag, pics sent and email explaining my concerns, dealt with in a speedy manor by Regton, and a no fuss new bag was sent. In my opinion 10 out of 10, please carry on the good work.”

“Phoned up to order a set of headphones and had no problems of understanding the salesperson, but she seems to not be unable to distinguish a three from an eight even though the two numbers are completely different sounds. I understand that I have a Geordie accent but it is unacceptable that I have to repeat myself numerous times. It got to a point where I was saying the numbers out in long hand such as six thousand three hundred and thirty one and she still repeats back a number 8. It got to a stage I was counting up from 1 to 10 and emphasising the number 3 loudly and she still repeated back 8. Not acceptable.”

We provided you with a still picture from CCTV of YOUR package in packing room showing you that the part was indeed inside the package when it was packed & sent to your 'friend' who then sent it onto you, I think you need to speak to your 'friend' again..........
