“After a number of contacts with Refresh it was considered that there was a problem with the new Refresh Cartridge PG450XL. Eventually a new cartridge was sent to me and the printing is now all good. Although it took a few days, the responses from Refresh Cartridges were constructive, and prompt in their replies.”

“Arrived quickly, I had a yellow cartridge which didnt work and appeard to be dry. Rather disapointing as I have used another supplier till now and never had a problem. I did a large purchase so I will wait till I have finished them to decide if I will continue with refresh”

“Exceptionally competitively priced, good quality and on short delivery. Only slight annoyance is as they are shipped to Ireland, have to pay import duties and fees separately on top of cartridge and delivery costs, where most UK companies that deliver to Ireland do not, incorporating them in upfront costs I assume.”

“Ordered thermal printer rolls as could have next day delivery. Was not informed the items were out of stock or when they would next be due in. I had to chase them for info, very poor communication. After 12 working days, still no order.”

“I have used these compatibles with my Brother printer for a few years now. The colours are very good. I recently had an issue with a new cartridge not being recognised. The Custer service team were super helpful and helped me problem solve the issue until it was sorted.”
