“Excellent service, ordered them one day, and they arrived the following day. Also a first class product. I have used Refresh before, but in error I recently ordered some HP carts from another supplier, the coloured ink cartridge didn't work and the black cartridge was leaking, so were returned for a full refund. Never had a problem from Refresh cartridges.”

“Unfortunately the postal strike delayed the delivery of cartridges but I know from past purchases that delivery is normally very good. Packaging and instructions were excellent. I note that the used cartridges cannot easily be salvaged and wondered if you have a scheme to recycle. G. Carter”
