“A few years ago, Refresh cartridges were a Which? best buy. But they no longer are. I struggle to print really black text nowadays, even when the digital text file is purely black and white. It all comes out dark grey. Quality seems to have gone downhill. None of the cartridges are branded "Refresh". And the cyan cartridges supplied recently appear to have been made by a quite different company.”

“The double-sided matte inkjet paper we ordered was just the thing for printing our Christmas cards. Gives good colour rendering and just about thick enough at 160 gsm to stand up by itself. The paper feed on my Brother printer doesn't like picking up more than one sheet at a time, but that's the printer's fault.”

“Very quick service. About two hours after placing my order I got an email to notify me that my order had been dispatched and I received my order in the post the following day. The inkjet cartridges were sensibly packaged in a stout cardboard box. So far I have only needed to use the black cartridge but it is performing just fine.”

“I have purchased Refresh Cartridges for some ten or more years. For the first time ever, I received a faulty cartridge. I emailed them and posted the faulty item the following day (lunchtime). I was impressed to receive the replacement the following morning! That's less than twenty hours. That's what I call service. Well done Refresh.”
