“The cartridges I have ordered this time and over many years with this company have 99% of the time been excellent. I have also bought various media items over the years. The prices are competitive too. The customer service is second to none and delivery always superfast. Only one small negative is the latest add-ons which I bought: Two Staedtler stick pens. These are a bit erratic as to their inkflow. But apart from that, I cannot fault this supplier. Thank you for your products and service.”

“My Canon CL-541XL cartridge came in packaging which was not as illustrated on the Refresh Cartridges website when I ordered it. Inevitably that brings a concern as to whether it is a genuine Canon product.”

“Can't leave an honest review at the moment as it seems to be most likely that my new printer is faulty,thought the problem was the ink cartridge that was supplied but putting a new on in from Refresh has not made any difference.When I get the printer problem either sorted or a replacement I will leave an honest review.”
