“I have a 9 year old HP Photosmart printer that has quite happily been running on Refresh ink cartridges for the last 3 years. Recently it ran out of black, so I ordered a fresh supply from Refresh, including colours. They were swiftly delivered, but when I inserted the black, my printer said the cartridge was missing or faulty. I inserted another new one and had the same problem. I contacted Refresh and they were very helpful in trying to solve my problem, eventually sending me another black FOC. Over the last week, I reached the conclusion that the problem was the printer and not the cartridges, so I was actively looking to buy a new printer. However, yesterday I turned the printer on for one last time and it worked, I have no idea what the issue was, but for now, it is working. Many thanks to Refresh for their help.”

“As always, the cartridges arrived on time, worked fine (or at least 2 of the 4 I ordered and have used so far have done), with no sign of any leaks or similar problems I've had with some other suppliers. The print quality is the same as with HP original as far as I can tell (although I print colour and B&W office documents so cannot opine on how they would behave for photographs or high-end graphics) and they were exceptional value for money.”
