“The shopping experience was good, the delivery was fast and the product works (Refresh Cartridges Toner for Brother HL-L2310D). But when printing it leaves a faint grey mark on the background of the entire page, like trailing residue. I thought it would solve itself after the first few days but it hasn't.”

“Easy to find the cartridges I needed on the web site, at a spectacularly good price compared with my previous supplier and with a very flexible way of buying sets of the cartridges I needed. Only slight niggle is that the ink section of the cartridge is smaller than Canon ones and those from the 3rd party supplier I used previously. However the price difference was large so maybe a small reduction in the amount of ink isn't unreasonable.”

“The cartridges for my HP Envy are good, though the printer does push out false messages that I am running out of ink. Ordered and delivered the following day. There has been a huge price increase (circa 40%) on my cartridges between my last order in October and my latest at the end of February. Don't know whether there is a Covid impact here, as the cartridges were competitive with alternative suppliers.”

“Arrived the day following order. Black cartrideges excellent. Colour OK for text but some colours a little weak for photo printing. (i.e Red too pale). All in all good value and have always exchanged without qustion if a problem arises. I recommend.”
