“Very prompt service. However the colour ink is not recognised on my Canon MX475 printer. I have tried pushing the restart button to no avail. I may have to send the cartridge back.”

“Received both printer cartridges ordered very quickly - HP62 original - and the TN-247BK (re-manufactured) high capacity black toner cartridge replacement for my Brother Printer. Both going well and may in fact try one of the replacement printer cartridges for my HP printer next time as the TN-247BK is working well and much cheaper than a original Brother cartridge.”

“GOOD = My re-order cost less than the previous equivalent packs a year ago. TBC = The cartridges look and feel of cheaper quality, now labelled as Refresh own-brand (were Premium); time will tell how they print and last. BAD = Inky fingers every time I change a cartridge, because the latest style of cap doesn't fit the older Premium cartridges, which in turn didn't fit original Epson cartridges.”

“The new inks arrived promptly and I was delighted to see that my HP6500 registered their contents, something I had not seen previously with other refilled tanks. I still believe the printer software, on recognising non-original inks, engages in unnecessary 'cleaning' cycles and so I cannot comment on probable life yet. Also, I have noticed on earlier non-HP inks that when informed by the printer software that a tank is 'empty, it is clearly visible that a quantity of ink remains in the tank!”

“Its early days yet. Quick delivery. Its our first remanufactured cartridges from Refresh, there was problems installing the cartridges until we found the messages on the delivery note, we managed to install and have done a few printouts and quality is fine. The messages were reassuring as Canon claimed the cartridges were half empty.”
