“Arrived very promptly. Haven’t used this particular cartridge but previous ones have worked fine and at a fraction of the cost of the original Epson ones. Printer, XP-635, accepts these cartridges ok - albeit with a warning message”

“Having discovered that my previous supplier had hiked their prices to nearly treble what I was paying before I discovered Refresh Cartridges, I'm so glad I found this company. The products that they supply for my Canon printer are recognised as genuine by my printer and the print quality is really good. I have only reduced my review by one star because the Jiffy Bag packaging that the cartridges are sent in are not really sturdy enough for the postal system. I haven't actually had any damaged cartridges yet, but the outer packaging of the cartridges has been partly crushed. Apart from that, I am well pleased with Refresh Cartridges and would be happy to recommend them.”

“The cartridge was good and actually what it said it was. Unfortunately post was delayed so didn't receive the cartridge within 24 hours it was more like 3-4 days.”

“The Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in changes to the processing of orders. An issue with incorrect cartridges was quickly and efficiently resolved. I will use Refresh Cartridges again.”

“Good value and prompt delivery, despite challenging lockdown restrictions. As a conscientious consumer, I am happy to be buying remanufactured cartridges of similar quality when I can. All I need now are more (local) recycling options for empty cartridges.”

“Sorry, but unable to make comment about product, purchased as a 'standby spare', probably wont get used for a month or so. Service excellent, arrived in a couple of days, delivered by my Postie who managed to get it through my letter box.”
