“Let down badly by your courier. I’m pleased with your product, it’s price and the ease with which I selected it and it was dispatched. Well done Refresh Cartridges for your bit. You were even there for me when I tried to trace the ink cartridges 8 days after your expected delivery date. Appalling service Royal Mail - hiding the parcel in the shrubbery outside my property, not leaving a postcard giving information of where it was nor sending an email location that I could access.”

“Superb service every time from Refresh Cartridges. My order always arrives the next day. I had a problem with one of my cartridges on the last order - I recieved speedy and helpful advice by email, but when I was unable to resolve the problem, I was senta replacement which (as usual) arrived the next day. I highly recommend Refresh Cartridges for regular purchases.”
