“i emailed them re questions about laser copy paper as wasn't sure it was suitable for what i needed, i had a very honest and helpful reply. very refreshing to find a company that does not just want to sell a product but takes the time to give information to enable an informed choice. i would recommend this company.”

“The first cartridge delivered did would not print anything at all. After contacting the REFRESH helpdesk a replacement cartridge was sent the following day and this item printed successfully. Despite this minor inconvenience, I am happy with the service I received.”
