“Subsequent to my apalling experience with Hewlett Packard, who, I am led to believe were responsible for my HP OfficeJet 6950 refusing to scan, I cancelled my contract with them to supply ink. They therefore stopped my printer from working at all. Excellent customer relations! I purchased some reconditioned ink cartidges from Refresh. They came very promptly. Two of them did not get accepted by the printer. Refresh were very helpful in a number of ways and soon posted me two replacement cartridges. All is now well. I think they went out of their way to resolve the problem.”

“Always has a very efficient ordering system and quick delivery. Cartridges generally work very well without problems.. Have had the occasional problem of the years but Refresh Cartridges always quickly respond and replace any faulty cartridges, which fortunately is quite rare. I highly recommend them.”

“Have used this company for my printer cartridge needs for a while now. The own brand ink works reliably in my Canon printer whereas I have found problems with other supplier own brands. I particularly like the customizable option so I can choose how many of each colour within a pack size. Good value for money and rapid free delivery.”
