“It was delivered to an incorrect address! Despite the correct address having been supplied and was on the parcel! Yes thats not the fault of the seller. Their fault was not sending an email or communication to say it had been delivered! So how would I know? The link i was sent claiming to give a link to check the tracking did not work! Apparently the wholesaler they used does not supply that info I bought the item based on the advertising saying parcel sent 24 hour tracked. I expected tracking and it delivered 48 hours after order - it was but to wrong address! I have to say that once I telephoned Refresh Cartridges they were extremely helpful Having called in the morning they were able to update me in the afternoon where the parcel was Of course this is very inconvenient. I have to change my work schedule jump in my car and go and pick up a parcel which has been incorrectly delivered. Would have been much less inconvenient if I’ve been Advised of delivery as I would’ve chased it three days earlier and not been in such pressure to collect it Apart from these some what serious issues as regards failure to advise of delivery or tracking the products are fine!”

“Very easy to order online, excellent prices and good quality ink for my Epson printer. Also very efficient, have used many times now and delivery is always the following day. Reordered ink last week at 2pm, delivery 11.30 am the following day. Excellent service well done”

“I ordered a new black cartridge on Monday 4th November and it was delivered by Royal Mail the next day, very prompt service, the new cartridge produces a good print, overall I am very pleased with your product and the speediness of your delivery, I shall use you again as the occassion arises.”

“I'm always impressed by Refresh. The products arrive promptly and are very good value. The only caveat being that I have experienced issues with the ink (esp black) drying out - but I am using my printer a lot less than before, so that might explain it.] Otherwise, all good”

“I have found the service excellent. This time My printer started to print but after a while it told me to change the new cartridge, although it was hardly used. I have changed the cartridge and the printer is functioning normally. This is the first glitch I have had. I have not contacted Refresh about the problem yet.”

“I always buy my printer ink cartridges from Refresh Cartridges as they are the cheapest on the market, work brilliantly and the delivery is free yet amazingly fast, often arriving within 24 -36 hours from ordering. Re-ordering is so easy to do as well. Can't fault them in any way.”
