“The first batch I had all Leaked inside printing and took a lot of effort to clean up. We had already order a second set of inks luckily you had sent out a different name which were all good .”

“Recieved my order for my laser printer, it did not arrive in the usual time frame which was normally quite fast. it was a large order for my Brother colour laser printer. Have ordered ordinary catridges and toners for my other mono laser machine over many years and they always came the following day. I was expecting the same to happen with this latest order?. I actually stayed in 2 days awaiting for this, I rang up and was told my order was sent to me by DPD. Nobody knocked at my door or left a card. There was no indication from yourselves on the despatch note that it was being sent by this carrier? Dpd did not have my full address on the parcel lable (see pic) although it was on the dispatch note from yourselves (see pic). Clearly this was an error on your behalf along the way. It would be appreciated if you could give me a credit of some kind? After I rang I was told my parcel was left at my local post office and I picked it up from there.”

“I have used Refresh Cartridges a few times, on this occasion however, there was a fault with the colour inkjet, the company were very helpful in solving the problem and finding a positive solution quickly. The new inkjet was received promptly as usual, and today we tested it and it works perfectly well. Refresh Cartridges are a good company to do business with, it is refreshing these days to be able to say that.”

“I have a HP Officejet pro 7720 the ink cartridges Work perfectly. I placed my order and I received it the next working day the photo paper that I get from them is extremely good no smearing as with other paper but I have got before from different suppliers so keep up the good work you guys and girls look forward to placing more orders with you”

“They "do what it says on the tin" (I'm not sure I am well qualified to give a judgement on the performance of an ink cartridge!), and in terms of price were good value compared to some other suppliers. So I am a happy customer.....”
