“Thank you for delivering my order very quickly. However I thought you should know that on top of the £11 delivery charge to send to my home in France I also had to pay duty of 6 euros to La Poste before they would deliver it. On top of your increased postal charges this means that you are no longer as competitive as you used to be. Probably all because of Brexit but it will be a consideration in future.”

“Product was as described and works great, but for some reason we were charged nearly €9 upin delivery to Spain, for only a €14 order? This was not advertised and is not in line with standard import fees.”
