“I don't usually do reviews unless I've got something particularly good or bad to say. In this case we were sent 2 extraordinarily badly packed & damaged boxes of printer paper. When I sent some pictures to the supplier, they responded immediately and dealt with the problem promptly. The packaging problem was apparently due to their supplier rather than themselves, although they took responsibility. So although they have outsourced the direct supply, a very good response when something went wrong.”

“Excellent service unable to fault, got the A4 Kodak ultra paper I wanted and 4 packs for £1 more than I would have paid at Curry’s for 3 packs ( unbelievable!!), will be back fore more when needed also ink cartridges, thanks again , Brilliant!!!”

“My first purchase of non-branded cartrige for my Pixma Canon printer and I am absolutely happy with my buy. The price is better than Canon cartridges, delivered next day without any additional costs and the quality is definitely comparable. I use my printer for occasional printing of documents so I am not worried about high definition of colours. I will definitely buy from Refresh again!”

“I have not used these cartridges as yet. i bought them as spare back ups. They were a great price and I must say I was amazed at how quickly they arrived. Ordered them one afternoon and they arrived the next day, cant argue with that.”

“I have bought Brother, Canon & Epson inkjet cartridges from Refresh Cartridges over the years. Customer Service is always first class, products are competitively priced, offer good value for money, if you have a problem the technical support is second to none and nine times out of ten they are delivered next day. I just wish all suppliers were as good! Highly recommended.”
