“This is the first time I have used this company and received excellent service. Problem with one of the cartridges but was sorted out extremely quickly and the refund appeared in my account the same day it was issued. No problem with the other cartridge, works perfectly. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful and I will most certainly use them again in the future. Thank you for all your help!”

“Refresh cartridges always work, whereas some others prompt a "cartridge not recognised " notice. The price is very good indeed, compared to the printer manufacturer's own cartridges, and the quality of the print is similarly excellent. Delivery is prompt which is really appreciated. “Cartridge didn't work, had to take the chip off my old toner cartridge and put on the new one to get it to work. Not the end of the world. Ok otherwise.”
