“I've used this company on many occasions to purchase Canon-compatible cartridges. The cartridges are as good a price as anywhere and the service has always been excellent - cartridges have almost always arrived the next day and a problem cartridge was immediately replaced.”

“I was asked to review my first experience with this company, so I here it is. Delivery was on time, so that's a positive. However, I have replaced an empty cyan ink cartridge today with a new one from Refresh and after a very very short print run it's already used one-third of the tank. Inks from a previous supplier have gone on far longer. So, I'm sorry for the poor review, but based on what I'm dealing with now I won't be buying from Refresh again. Extremely disappointed.”

“I have been using your cartridges for around 3 maybe 4 years. Excellent quality and superb after sales should it be required. Once I did have a problem and it solved quickly and very satisfactory. Couldnt recommend enough.”

“Very quick delivery and good prices as expected from Refresh. Not used the cartridges yet but not anticipting any issuesas quality has always been excellent. However, cartidges have always been delivered in individual cardboard boxes making them easy to store and find on a shelf. The latest batch came in plastic pouches, which is much less convenient, more difficult to store and I suspect less environmentally friendly. A retrograde step and quite disappointing.”

“This is the second order with one faulty cartridge which fairly you have replaced. I have noticed that the contact points on each faulty cartridge are obviously worn. Do you test cartridges prior to issue? Thanks”
