“Have used Refresh Cartridges for several years, mainly to print to A4. As an experiment tried to print a photograph on the correct paper. A fantastic result, colours so clear that I am now printing all my photographs with Refresh ink.”

“Very quick to post and deliver. Unfortunately, my printer refused to accept the delivered product although it was, for all intents and purposes, the correct product. A phone call to the service number, on a Saturday afternoon, resulted in immediate advice and suggestions to try to cure the problem. This did not work and so a replacement product was despatched the next working day. This arrived and was fitted successfully. A post-paid return label was emailed and the faulty product was returned at my convenience for investigation. The service I received could not have been better and I can confidently recommend this company.”

“These seems to be the only cartridges that work with a Dell 924. When I've had a problem with Incorrect Cartridge installed or a dry one, there has been no problems getting a replacement.”

“With the increasing cost of ink cartridges from the printer manufacturer, I turned to Which? recommendations. Refresh appeared at the top, costing about 8% of the originals. The life and quality seemed no different. On top of it, the Refresh folks were very helpful when I was having problems with the printheads. I see absolutely no reason to give them anything less than five stars.”
