“Never had a problem with any of your products. I've been using and depending on you for over ten years and am happy to continue. The website is painfully slow though. Painfully, woefully, tragically slow. It's like the old days of dial-up. Delivery is usually reliable, though sadly requires a whole day sacrificed to receive as it's not possible to have a delivery window time shorter than 0800 - 1800. In today's delivery world that is woeful. adding a days pay to the cost of ordering from you makes you expensive. The emailed delivery tracker link doesn't work to the point where it's pretty much useless. Don't be discouraged. What Reddiseals is doing is very good. Just need to update the IT massively to improve ordering and delivery.”

“I got the Reddiseals Ltd web address from vortex antenna systems, I'm very pleased with the quick dispatch. it arrived the next day, I chose a courier delivery method due to having had problems with royal mail, the parcel arrived earlier than the stated time from the courier, only a few minutes though, but made me happy as they normally arrive towards the end of the time they send you before it is unusual, so I'm very happy with my purchase from Reddiseals Ltd and delivery as well.”
