“Ordered weatherboard flipper door seal 30th September we wanted them to take to our holiday home in France order still hadn't arrived by the time we had to leave the 6th of October despite being charged a massive 10.90 carriage what a completely useless service. I run an on-line eBay shop and if I gave this kind of service I would be down graded”

“Purchased the security window tape used on my door setup on my workshop ,had before used the firtree type seal which has always leaked ,ripped that out and used the double sided tape no leaks and we have had some heavy rain”

“We have ordered a number of times from Reddiseals in the past and have always found the quality of the products to be good, price reasonable and delivery reliable. The move to using DX as their delivery partner has been disastrous/catastrophic as far as we are concerned. Delivery hubs vary around the country, but our local DX hub is poor, 3 attempts at delivery have been made, so far 2 out of the 3 parts of the delivery have made it, after ringing (and ringing) to check on progress and (literally) running up the road to chase the van. The packaging on the first item was badly damaged, but the seals survived OK. No news of the remaining 10 items in the third box, our customer is chasing us for their heritage sash windows, so we have driven to our local supplier to buy a repeat order. Good products, terrible courier.”
