“I have ordered a pair of springs recently and when they got delivered the guy would not deliver them at the door I live on the 13th floor and I was not there at the time to go down and collect them so I had to get my wife to go down and pick them up I think this should change the driver said to me he could not park anywhere although there are pay and display parking spaces everywhere I personally think this should change otherwise the I'm happy with the product and the time.”

“I purchased a coil of window seal and a pair of cutters, the items were delivered very promptly and were as described. Whilst I have not yet used nor attempted to fit any of the sealing strip or use the cutters yet they both appear to be of good quality. I am happy with my purchase .”

“i have purchased a luxury sash repair kit from reddiseals. it got shipped promptly in two parcels. the tube that contained the beads was well packed but the other package that had caulk, panel pins, sash weighs etc in a box was quite a shoddy one. on one corner it was open. upon reception i checked contents and everything was there so i didn't think much of it. i did the job, refitting a sash window and in the end i only used the beads and seals from the kit so i asked if i could return the rest and get a partial refund. they promptly said "no" with the reason that i bought the whole thing as a "kit". well. if it was a kit sent out in a package much like a lego kit i would have not tried at all to get a refund. but since it was a bunch of unrelated items chucked in a cardboard box and envelopes i thought that it would've been quite reasonable to offer me a refund for some items that i didn't use. i've learnt that it is not their way of thinking. in my books this is very unprofessional. but that is only my private and professional opinion. so i would recommend not to get a kit that sou might have leftovers from but to get bits and bobs separately from them. the beads are great quality and not so easy to source but the rest can be purchased at equal quality but lower cost from other local merchants like toolstation or screwfix.”

“Orders arrived in a timely fashion. Good communication around items not in stock. However I had a missed call from the company but no one left a message and when I returned I had a rather curt and a little rude response from the switch board operator saying that I could not be helped as I did not have the name of the name of the person called. Overall though satisfied with the service.”
