“Choice of courier appauling. One item never showed up. Can't give approximate time even on day of deliver. Butyl tape was crushed ?before or in transit?”

“I'm just an 'ordinary punter' doing some DIY and the item I wanted was actually out of stock, but I had a call from them after placing my order and an acceptable substitute was agreed at no extra charge and the lady I dealt with was very efficient and knowledgeable. “Good service - stuff arrived on time, easy order process. The butyl easy seal is a pretty goof product - it’s got lots of grab & holds tight. I made a boo-boo & had to remove a big capping from glass, got it off without breakage. All in all pleased.”

“I didn't quite get my purchase , because one item was missing and it was not delivered. Also one the items, which I purchased has defect , which basically decrease the quality of it and I can't really use it. Apart of these small issues the delivery time was good and the quality of the materials is not bad (except the defected item). I may purchase again, but I will be more picky next time with the delivered items and the quality.”
