“Good service - stuff arrived on time, easy order process. The butyl easy seal is a pretty goof product - it’s got lots of grab & holds tight. I made a boo-boo & had to remove a big capping from glass, got it off without breakage. All in all pleased.”

“I didn't quite get my purchase , because one item was missing and it was not delivered. Also one the items, which I purchased has defect , which basically decrease the quality of it and I can't really use it. Apart of these small issues the delivery time was good and the quality of the materials is not bad (except the defected item). I may purchase again, but I will be more picky next time with the delivered items and the quality.”

“Very well manufactured hardware and easy to fit. I highly recommend the NICO door and window locking system. I have all access doors and most of my windows fitted with this system.”

“I always think a measure of a company's customer service is how they deal with problems. While what I ordered arrived perfectly, there was a minor problem with an email going astray. The office handled this promptly and in an excellent fashion. Very very professional and far better than many. I will certainly be suing them again without hesitation.”

“I made a small order with reddiseals.one evening. They rang me the following morning to advise me that the part was out of stock, but offered me a different finish for the same amount. This was perfectly acceptable. I would hope they would be as good with larger orders. Many thanks to them”
