“I was contacted to explain one of the item s was not yet in stock. This was not a problem for me and I asked to be informed when the complete order would be delivered. It duly arrived with in a day or two.”

“So far, mostly so good. Online order was straightforward, the goods were dispatched promptly and arrived as promised, good quality items at a fair price relative to other companies I checked out. One small quibble which stopped me awarding 5 stars: the 2-3 day standard delivery charge is too much. For a quid more you get next day delivery, which does not seem right. Take 50% off the standard delivery, guys, if you really want to be competitive.”

“The packaging was unacceptable, it was inadequate and arrived ripped. Two of the four bottles had leaked one quite substantially and soaked through some of the carton. The service and delivery apart from that were good. Having posted this review Customer services rang me the following day to apologise. They are replacing the damaged bottles and refunding the postage charge. They were very polite and efficient. All one could have asked for.”
