“Great customer service, received phone call after placing order to confirm that items were correct for my windows & to explain delivery.order arrived on day promised after receiving email to confirm it was on the way. All items were correct & windows now working fine.Very happy indeed.”

“Overall disappointed. I ordered and paid for goods on a Monday morning (having phoned with a query and being told they were in stock) and paid for next day delivery. Part of my order was not delivered until Thursday and I suspect would still be outstanding if I hadn’t chased it up - not good enough in my opinion and no refund made of next day delivery charge.”

“Great service. Initial order received next day. Had to phone Reddiseals as one of the product items was missing from my delivery. Items were sent out that day and received the next day. Will definitely use again.”

“The measure of a company is what they do when something goes wrong. there was an error in the packing of my order. I contacted the company and they sent me replacements next day. I have used Reddiseals a number of times and the products are good quality and competitively prices”
