“I searched extesively online for some specific window security catches and I found exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price. What was most impressive was, when I phoned the company prior to making my order, I got through a real person who was helpful and informative and who assisted me to make the correct purchase. Additional information was emailed to me while I was still on the phone and somehow the order arrived just a day later. As an online buyer they seem like a company with a fusion of the advantages of an up to date approach, accessible and helpful staff and a traditional high level of customer service. I know I shouldn't be suprised by this, but these days its rare! Highly recommended.”

“I have a Mahogany front door ,which is over thirty years old. It was made by a double glazing company ,and I actually new the joiners who made it . Apart from a very slight bow which has developed over the years ,everything is in good condition. The only problem has been draught and road noise from the flipper seal being so old. I have tried to obtain new seals by trolling the internet on many occasions over the years , recently I added the word wooden to the search and came up with Reddiseals , although I had to buy much more than I needed the outlay was well worth it , the door is now back to its original draught free condition.”
