“I ordered the items to fix a window. the items were out of stocj but i received a telephone call to alert me to this. I was then told I would receive them on a given date and they duly arrived on the date specified. Good communication from the company.”

“The oil rubbed bronze deco door handles that I bought are of very good solid quality.The finish is beautifully silky smooth, the colour is perfect and the classy is style very much in keeping for the Arts and Crafts house which I am renovating , a great improvement on the 1990's shiny brass rope twist ones that I replaced. The lever movement is smooth. I'm very pleased.The technical department gave very good prompt advice on attaching the handles onto very hard solid oak doors, their tip on greasing the screws was ingenious!”

“Ordered a 50m reel of joinery seal to replace the existing one in our windows, as it had deteriorated. Delivery was within a few days, and the item was exactly as described. The quality of the product seems to be good. No problems. Would buy from them again.”

“Needed a roll of glazing tape for some replacement beading and bought one off the internet, but it looked of dubious quality, so then bought one from Reddiseals. It arrived well packaged, undamaged, and withing the time specified. Opened the box to find a roll of superior tape! Now more confident that the replacement beading will last another ten years.”
