“I recently ordered some new balances for some secondary double glazing having accidentally broken the old ones. I placed the order on line Saturday for two sets of balances and an adjustment tool. Received a call back from Reddiseals sales team Monday morning to confirm the order and they asked if the the adjustment tool I'd ordered was to adjust the balances in the same order. I confirmed it was and they advised I'd included the wrong tool and adjusted the order to include the correct tool. They also asked if I needed four balances or two as my order was for two pairs. I advised I only needed two individual units and they kindly cancelled one of the pairs I'd ordered. Overall they were extremely helpful. The balances arrived the day after my call with them, they fitted perfectly and and now in and working fine. Very happy to recommend them.”
