“The sash window stoppers are well made and work well. I would like to mention that the above order was packed in a small jiffy bag but your delivery company, DX, had wrapped it in a very large (about A2 size) plastic bag. This is completely unnecessary and wasteful - they could very easily have stuck their address label directly on to the jiffy bag. Please can you ask DX to think more about plastic waste and make an effort to reduce the use of plastic. Thank you, Christopher Hill”

“Product great but i would have liked diffrent postal options.... i wasnt bothered about 24hour depatch... as it is it came after two days! and the box was broken but product fine.. I did email to see about different post options. I had no reply, good product though”

“I asked for a technical adviser, unfortunately they were busy, however there was an extremely knowledgeable person (women) on sales who knew the products inside out and answered all of my questions, by order was promptly despatched, and arrived within 48hrs all in perfect condition.
