“Ordered over £300 of sash window items. But they didn't have the weight size in stock for next day delivery. They said it'd arrive with me on Monday the following week. No delivery, so phoned on wednesday and spoke to a helpful person who offered an alternative for next day delivery. Which turned up on thursday..on its own, without anything else on the order. I waited till Friday before phoning again having asked for an update. Eventually found out the second delivery had been wrongly labelled and was with someone else. Told them I would buy the missing items from elsewhere and they said they'd refund me. Still no repayment. Apparently I am involved in a complaints procedure. But surely it should just be a straight forward repayment for non delivered items?”

“The item I ordered was unfortunately no longer kept in stock. The company phoned me the next day, asked if I wanted to order anything else instead, and offered me a refund, which they sent immediately. Not even disappointed:-)”
