“The two part epoxy filler was good. But I found the cap a bit of a issue. And struggled to get off a third time.”

“Good product list and good service. Minor problem with one of the seal tapes but it was still usable.”

“Prompt delivery, correct items. Only 4*s because of not enough packing tape on flimsy box, which arrived with torn away sides, but luckily with complete contents.”

Thanks for letting us know about your delivery – I have raised this with the warehouse team to ensure this doesn’t happen again. Thanks Becky

“Good quality items, with lots of choice for renovation of period windows allowed us to keep rather than replace our lovely sash and casement windows, delivered very quickly but delivery prices steep.”

“Good product. Buying could be easier if the product description was consistent on the invoicfe. For schelgel seals the roll size is shown on the invoice for one product but not for another. The technical information would benefit from more drawings of typical applications.”

“Good selection of quality products at competitive prices. Delivery service lets the company down a little. Parcels are often damaged and damp. Contents are usually ok, but couriers clearly don't take care.”
