“We recently moved and used Links removals again they were so efficient and very helpful Luke and Lee and the other three guys with them were great from the time they packed everything onto the vans and unloading was very smooth everything put where we wanted it , so we would highly recommend this company if you are thinking of moving”

“Whilst a quick and efficient way to receive quotes they do not give a true reflection of cost. The quotes we received were between £398 and £447. Of the four we received one company never returned our calls, another just talked and saying the figure would be anything between £900 and £1500 depending on gaining access, items,etc. It was clear they were not interested in the job. Another company quoted £900 and the final one were unable to visit and requested photographs. The question arises does Reallymoving follow up with the companies to see if the quotes they provide are realistic? Would we use this option again I have to say no as it is clear the quotes provided are way off, in fact over double the initial quotes.”

Whilst we try and make our quotations as accurate as possible, some matters can be more complex than others and therefore, it is difficult for our system to take into consideration all aspects of a move at the stage of quotation because there is such a broad range. We do however try to cover as many possibilities as possible to ensure the quote does not change too much once you speak with the companies directly. We wish to reassure you that the prices offered by our partners are competitive within their respective industries and quotations are for illustrative purposes only. We are checking in with our partners on a regular basis however, to ensure that their fee schedules are as up to date as possible. The good thing about our site is it does generally take away the hard work for you – rather than sifting through google to find reputable firms, you can rest assured that all of our partners are thoroughly vetted before joining our panel making them reputable, and we work hard to build a strong catalogue of feedback to help you make your decision. Many of our customers enjoy the fact that with us, everything can be found in one place. Whilst you may not have received specific quotes, we hope you still found this feature useful. We have a range of companies on the panel, some that are based solely online, and some that offer more localized knowledge and it does of course completely depend on your preference as to what works for you. We are actually currently working hard to build our coverage of more localized firms as they can sometimes offer invaluable local knowledge that online firms might not always be able to provide. We wish to reassure you that many conveyancers do work on an online basis following the ongoing pandemic, and whether you use a local firm or not, it should not affect the level of service your receive. “We used Reallymoving to get a quote for a conveyancer. They referred us to Muve, who we paid a substantial deposit to before finding out their operations are outsourced to Sri Lanka and the service is so poor that our estate agent has blacklisted them. The 'dedicated' account manager has failed to respond to any phone calls or emails to even discuss closing the case and providing a refund during the legal cooling off period. Not impressed.”

Our system works based on which firms are available for those dates in your area. Unfortunately in this case we had limited firms who were able to quote. “DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They affiliate with fraudulent companies. They passed all my contact details to a scamming removal company that I trusted due to their 'thorough vetting and assurance that they use reputable companies', they stole over £1200 leaving me to pack up and move my whole house 9 months pregnant with a 1 year old whilst my husband was working in the ICU in the height of the pandemic (suprise surprise I went into labout a day after moving 3 weeks early!!) A year on and ReallyMoving have don f%$$%$ all to help correct their total failure to deliver the service promised! You thought I had given up but I will not stop until you have actually done something!!!!”
