“Don't waste your time. I've just spent an hour completing the website form with all the items to be moved, only for my email address to be rejected. Live chat was useless too, the agent told me I was lying and that my email address couldn't be correct if it was rejected by the system. She said I should just contact removal firms directly. Kind of makes reallymoving really pointless.”

“Not happy with the Surveyor who surveyed my house. Harp Limited. I personally do not think he is suitable for the role as he missed very simple issues before I purchased my house. Pointing issues and roof issues which were not noticed by him.”

“Always in two minds about giving out email, telephone details etc but really glad I did on this occasion. I instantly received four quotes, all of which were cheaper than the company I was thinking of (by over £50), and two were backed up by phone calls. Highly recommend the service and thank you - PS writing this as 'anonymous' for the sake of privacy but I am a real person!”
