“The company’s that quoted have no idea what furniture I have. For example I have 1 double bet, no wardrobes so I can’t see that what is provided is an accurate cost”

“I should have known better. Within seconds of giving my details for removal quotes, I was called by an agent for one of the firms who kept me on the line for five minutes reading back what was already on the form while his rivals tried to get through. This same agency called me several times and sent quite a few emails to try to get a surveyor to my home, as did the other companies. I don't enjoy being pestered so it was a firm "no" from me. I went with personally recommended removers in the end and the only upside of Really Moving for me was to benchmark my other quotes.”

“the rating is for EPC booking only - not sure why anyone would pay £2 more to book through you, rather than directly with another online company.”

“The advice they provide is great but none of the companies that I was sent quotes for were local to me, which is what I was after. Just ending up getting loads of spam from companies I wasn't interested in. Not sure I'd use the service again for quotations.”

“went with surveyor recommended on site, took over a week to get a date booked, then when chased the date came through but it was for 5 weeks time which did not fit in with what we were told initially. so spoke to solicitor and cancelled. would not recommend”

“One conveyancing quotation received and a phone call from someone that couldn't justify some of the charges. I'll follow up the quotation received but my advice is to telephone a few local conveyancing companies / solicitors. Having used conveyances a few times over the last few years I'd recommend using a local company that you can visit in person and chase.”
