“I'd not used this service before (or heard about it) and I was delighted (except for one firm that called me and the young man couldn't answer my basic query and passed me on to the surveyor. They were ditched immediately.”

“I would have liked to have been able to have other choices as one didn't contact us, as they said that wished to do, another didn't really want the work. Bizzarely we were contact by Pickfords who weren't even on the list of three. How's that work?”
