“there was a mix up between the contents cubic metres from really moving and subsequent emails to the company - as I had forgot our sofa off my tick box exercise with really moving but emailed a list of everything to A-Z as well (hence the mix up with van size) Maybe the customer should get a duplicate of the list they send for approval as well as the company? another company may well have refused to do our move and/or charged ?100's extra.”
