“The survey in itself rated the full 5 stars. The service was also good, but for the fact I had to make a couple of calls to get the appointment sorted. However, I would use this firm again.”

“I stumbled across this website by accident but found it really useful. Unfortunately, the companies I contacted were not so good. The first could not provide a survey within their own timescale limit and the second one was so busy they did not phone back for several days by which time I had gone elsewhere.”

“Probably one of the best site for compare Surveyors services. However, the user journey of the website is not as great, some improvements would make them even better: - Results are sent by email instead of directly show in to users (I understand the marketing would like to capture users' details, however I doubt this is the best way). - Website should be refreshed with better UX experiences.”
