“I was very pleased. The conveyancing was done efficiently, with good contact and courtesy, with no delays and at the fee quoted. Things had not been going very well with a previous solicitor, so I was happy to find this solution. And it saved me £150.00 as compared with the previous quote. Interestingly, it looks as though reallymoving use only a small number of solicitors' firms, which is all to the good since it may well mean that their choice of firms is monitored by them.”

“I was expecting the usual response when searching for businesses on the internet, all the big guys and not the local firms. I was pleasantly surprised when it showed me both the small local firms and the larger national companies. Each company contacted me quickly via email without pushing for a sale, some of the prices varied from the really moving quote so i went with the cheaper of those with a reasonable reputation, either way i would have saved money in varying amounts.”

“Only got a couple of online responses, the rest was a lot of mail shots for weeks after making the enquiry, including people thanking us for using their service when we hadn't booked them. Very annoying, but fine if you have a child who likes shiny glossy leaflets to chew on.”

“The site was really easy to use and fast to get 4 quotes. I especially liked the more personal email from Andrew McLaren who did my Building Survey and Rebuild Cost quote. He was professional and friendly and happy to go over items if I had any queries. Unusual for today he actually did what he said he would do when he said he would do it, great. Would recommend his services.”

“If you are thinking of moving and looking for a removal company then i would recomend A2B as the company to use. They quote a price and that is what you pay no hidden extras. They arrrive on time work hard, but ensure that all your possessions are looked after and safely packed, nothing was to much trouble. And i would like to say a big THANK YOU to the team John, Steve and Nigel that help us move on 29th August.”

“Very helpful receptionist answered all my questions and let me know stage by stage what would happen. Did not have to wait long for survey to be carried out, and report was sent to me in the time frame promised. Had a little difficulty with getting hold of surveyor to ask a question arising from the report due to a message passed through receptionist not getting passed on. Otherwise extremely good value for money, and would definitely recommend this company.”

“I stumbled across this website by accident but found it really useful. Unfortunately, the companies I contacted were not so good. The first could not provide a survey within their own timescale limit and the second one was so busy they did not phone back for several days by which time I had gone elsewhere.”

“I chose Mr Reliable because the price was very competitive but mainly because of the feedback from previous customers Unfortunately I had to keep changing the removal date due to inadequacies in the legal chain, but through each change Jim supported me with understanding and great humour On the day the team of 3 were exceptional, very efficient, real nice people and made the whole experience rather enjoyable. Thanks to Jim and his team, top company highly recommended”

“Mr Reliable Removals were brilliant. I have moved 3 times before using other removals companies contracted by my work so this was the first time I had to find my own removals firm and pay for it myself. I contacted Jim who was great and setting everything out in our email conversations so I knew fully what I was getting and what I would be paying for. The arrangement of the removals was easy and hassle free. On the day of the move 2 Luton vans turned up, on time at 8am with 2 guys ready to get going. They looked around the house got an idea of what need moving and from where. They parked up one of the vans outside the house then off they went. I ensured hot drinks were supplied and the guys had both vans packed up and ready to go by 1pm. The move was from London to Lincoln so a good 2.5-3 hr drive. At the other end the guys quickly got parked up and were raring to go again. Both vans were unpacked by 6:30pm at the latest. I then spoke with Jim on the phone paid for the service and away the guys went. Throughout the day the team were always polite and friendly and I couldn't have chosen a better removals firm. I would highly recommend Mr Reliable Removals to any of my friends or family. Excellent Service and Great Value for Money.”
