“I was really struggling to get an available surveyor and to be quite honest was being messed around by those who I had made contact with. Within 1 minute of filing my details with reallymoving I had received three acceptable quotes, two direct response emails, and one phone call! There was approx £100 between top and bottom priced quote, I chose the cheapest and had a surveyor booked within the hour... now that's what I call... reallymoving! Thank you, excellent service.”

“Got 3/4 quotes quickly and was asked to click on which one I wanted to pursue but actually got contacted by ones that I had not clicked on and one company was very pushy in asking me for my details and to pay for a survey, I was confused as I did not recognise their name, as being the one I had asked to contact me and she acknowledged they were a different company and backed off.”

When you get quotes on our site it informs you that your details will be passed on to the firms who quoted you (but absolutely no one else). Most of our users find this helps them get more detailed quotes, answer questions and choose a firm more quickly. “I asked for conveyancer recommendations. You gave me 3. Two were pricy compared with estate agent offerings ' in house'. Probably that's just reality. The inexpensive one had terrible Trustpilot rating.”

“Service was quick and companies contacted us and have made appointments to visit and quote. One company Freight Trans Removals made an appointment which they did not keep and made no contact with us to explain why.”

“We tried to instruct Curtislaw who submitted a quotation of £646 + vat to handle the sale of our property. When we contacted them they said that they couldn’t actually offer the service for that sum and told us that their fees would be £875 + vat. The exercise was therefore a complete waste of time and we found a local solicitor ourselves. Poor experience!”

Whilst we try and make our quotations as accurate as possible, some matters can be more complex than others and therefore, it is difficult for our system to take into consideration all aspects of a move at the stage of quotation because there is such a broad range. We do however try to cover as many possibilities as possible to ensure the quote does not change too much once you speak with the companies directly. We wish to reassure you that the prices offered by our partners are competitive within their respective industries and quotations are for illustrative purposes only. We are checking in with our partners on a regular basis however, to ensure that their fee schedules are as up to date as possible. The good thing about our site is it does generally take away the hard work for you – rather than sifting through google to find reputable firms, you can rest assured that all of our partners are thoroughly vetted before joining our panel making them reputable, and we work hard to build a strong catalogue of feedback to help you make your decision.
